October 12 is a yummy day! National Gumbo Day is very exciting to me, since I was born in New Orleans. I wish I could get some good cajun food like this up here in the Midwest! There’s a little restaurant on the corner of campus call J. Gumbo’s that serves some pretty good cajun… But the real thing would be nice. Enjoy!Do you like food as much as we do?
